Now is the time to awaken your wild woman within, gently step into your power and discover the magic of the full moon. Each full moon has her own energy and characteristics that make her unique. The Moon has been integral in marking the passage of time and the changing of seasons. Throughout history she has been a guide to planting, harvesting and celebrating. She is a symbol of change as her illumination guides us toward our dreams and aspirations.
Each gathering will consist of grounding breathwork, mindful movement, empowering full moon rituals, community connection and special practices connected to the energies of each specific full moon.

Guided by Ocian of Ocian Sound
A restorative immersion in vibration, breath, and deep listening
You are invited into a 60-minute guided sound journey designed to gently regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you to your inner landscape. Through a weaving of live instruments - medicine drum, crystal lyre, chimes, steel tongue drum, flute, and voice - we create a layered field of sound that supports you in softening, releasing, and receiving. This is a space to lie down, be held, and remember. Did you know? Sound has been used across cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing, prayer, and altered states of awareness. Vibrational frequencies interact directly with the body’s water content, supporting:
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional processing and release
• Deep rest and restoration
• Expanded awareness
• A return to inner coherence
During this journey, you will be guided through:
• A gentle arrival and grounding
• Breath awareness to open the field
• A layered sound immersion
• Integration and spacious closing
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring anything that helps you feel supported and warm. This is your time to receive. There is wisdom within you that only silence and sound together can reveal.
Come lie down.
Let the sound carry you.
Let yourself be met.

Self-care investment: $40 per person
Guided by Eve Carty, RYT-500
Join us for a deeply calming and grounding experience of mindful movement and drum healing in this specialty class. We’ll begin with Restorative Yoga, using supportive props and longer-held, gentle poses to invite your body into a state of rest and release. This practice encourages deep relaxation, soothes the nervous system, and helps prepare both body and mind for the healing that follows.

Rooting into Light:
A Seasonal Wellness Gathering for Growth & Expansion
Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm
Self-care investment: Free Event for the Esquimalt Community
Guided by: Eve Carty and Nikki Lock
Celebrate this FREE community event with hosts Eve Carty and Nikki Lock. Rooting into Light is a three-hour seasonal wellness gathering supporting overall well-being as we move from spring’s gentle renewal into the brighter energy of early summer. Inspired by the imagery of roots and light, this intimate community experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect, and build a strong inner foundation while opening toward growth and expansion. The afternoon blends ceremony, creative self-care, sound-based practices, and community reflection to support balance, nourishment, and renewal.
We’ll begin with a Welcoming Circle to arrive together, followed by a gentle Releasing Ceremony focused on letting go of what no longer serves and clarifying intentions for the season ahead. An Oracle Card pull will offer insight and reflection. Participants will then create an Intentional Wall Hanging, thoughtfully weaving natural elements - twine, beads, crystals - and personal affirmations to symbolize intentions, stability, and growth.
To integrate the experience and support nervous system regulation, participants will rest during a Reiki Drumming & Sound Journey, where steady rhythms encourage presence, calm, and embodied awareness.
We’ll close with a Gratitude Circle, sending intentions forward with care, connection, and shared expansion. All materials will be provided. No experience necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive. Tea and snacks are provided.
This community event is funded by Neighborhood Small Grants (NSG) through Quadra Village Community Centre. Please note that event photos will be taken to be shared on the NSG website. If you do not want to be photographed, please let Eve or Nikki know in advance or let them know at the event.

A Seasonal Workshop for Release and Renewal
Returning Fall 2026
Self-care investment: Free Event for Esquimalt Community
Guided by Eve Carty and Nikki Lock
Celebrate this FREE community event with hosts Eve Carty and Nikki Lock. As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, mid-November invites us to pause, reflect, and nurture our inner landscape. Join us for a calming and restorative 3-hour workshop designed to help you release what you no longer need and set heartfelt intentions for the season ahead.
We’ll begin with a Welcoming Circle, gathering in community as we take a collective breath and settle into the space. Through a gentle Releasing Ceremony, you’ll be guided to let go of old energy, patterns, or worries—making room for what’s next. An Oracle Card pull will offer insight and inspiration, helping illuminate your path forward.
You’ll then create your own Seasonal Intention Jar—a meaningful, hands-on craft where you’ll fill a small jar with natural elements and personal affirmations, representing what you’re ready to call in as winter approaches.
To integrate your intentions and soothe the nervous system, you’ll be invited to rest deeply during a Reiki-infused Sound Bath, where healing vibrations and energy work will help ground and restore your body, mind, and spirit.
We’ll close with a final Gratitude Circle, sending your intentions into the season with warmth and care.
All materials will be provided. No experience necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive. Tea and snacks are provided.
